This results in lower costs and allows you to quickly get back to work instead of having to wait on a technician to show up. Our Remote Support* services can be used on all types of internet connections. So it doesn't matter if you are still using dial-up or if you are on a high-speed connection. How Does It Work?
After you register, you call InfoTech22 ant 205-221-1278 and request remote support. You will be instructed on how to download a connection tool to your computer. You invite the technician in to help you and authorize his connection to your computer. He takes over as you watch and fixes the problem. When he is finished he will log off and he no longer has access to your computer until you invite him in again. You will be billed a prorated rate in minutes not hours ($5.00 minimum), for the service. That's it. Simple and easy. |
