To support an organization with its computer networking and information technology, we require every member of our team to sign a copy of this Code. As a company we pledge to our customers that we will not tolerate any breach of this Code.

To perform all professional activities and duties in accordance with all applicable laws and the highest ethical principles;
To promote information security and generally accepted current best practices and standards;
To maintain appropriate confidentiality of proprietary or otherwise sensitive information encountered in the course of professional activities;
To discharge professional responsibilities with diligence and honesty;
Never to compromise or divulge any personal or company information, passwords, client data, or other data that we might learn or become aware of in the performance of our duties,
To refrain from any activities which might constitute a conflict of interest or otherwise damage the reputation of employers, the information security profession, or InfoTech22; and
Never intentionally or knowingly injure or impugn the professional reputation or practice of InfoTech22, our customers, clients, or employers.

In addition to this Code of Ethics, we also adhere to all local, state and federal laws having to do with privacy and confidentiality, including but not limited to The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) Privacy Rules.
